Welcome to YouArtz SiteAuditor (accessible via audit.youartz.com and YouArtz mobile applications). By testing, analyzing, or submitting any URL to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use & Automated Diagnostics

YouArtz SiteAuditor uses automated Chromium sandboxes to inspect viewport rendering, public metadata, network performance, and mobile layout fidelity. You agree to:

• Only audit websites that you own, operate, or have authorized permission to evaluate.
• Not use the service to conduct Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, automated bulk scrapers, or abuse system infrastructure.
• Acknowledge that audit rate limits may apply to ensure fair usage across all community users.

3. Accuracy & White-Label Reports

All diagnostic scores, AI suggestions, and layout clash proofs are provided for advisory and diagnostic purposes. While our engine simulates real device touch viewports and network throttles, actual client device performance may vary based on end-user hardware, network latency, and carrier infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ecosystem

YouArtz SiteAuditor, its design architecture, proprietary algorithms, and logos are the property of YouArtz. PDF reports generated through our free scanner are licensed to you under a white-label advisory license for pitching and client presentation.
